El Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n inform\u00f3 que el certificado de estudios ya no deber\u00e1 ser llenado a mano en papel amarillo ni tendr\u00e1 que ser visado por la UGEL, pues el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n (Minedu) ha establecido un nuevo proceso para su emisi\u00f3n con el fin de facilitar los procesos administrativos al ciudadano. Su validez podr\u00e1 verificarse mediante un c\u00f3digo virtual y un c\u00f3digo QR impreso en el documento.
Este proceso, aprobado mediante la resoluci\u00f3n ministerial N.\u00b0 432-2020-MINEDU publicada en el diario oficial El Peruano, beneficia a directivos y a la comunidad educativa en general ya que evita sobrecostos de producci\u00f3n y el traslado a la UGEL y facilita el tr\u00e1mite a las familias al reducir el tiempo de espera para obtener y validar el certificado.<\/p>\n

Este nuevo formato de certificado de estudios, que debe tener la firma y el sello del director de la instituci\u00f3n educativa para ser v\u00e1lido, contiene dos elementos de seguridad que permitir\u00e1n verificar sus contenidos.<\/p>\n

Una de las medidas de seguridad implementadas es la posibilidad de acceder a la web https:\/\/certificado.minedu.gob.pe\/<\/a> donde se selecciona la opci\u00f3n \u201cVerificar Certificado\u201d, se ingresa el c\u00f3digo virtual que figura en el documento y el DNI del estudiante. El otro elemento de seguridad consiste en escanear con un smartphone el c\u00f3digo QR impreso en el certificado.<\/p>\n

En ambos casos, si la informaci\u00f3n que aparece en el sistema es la misma del documento presentado, este es v\u00e1lido; en caso se visualice informaci\u00f3n distinta, el documento ha podido ser adulterado, por lo que no tendr\u00e1 validez y ser\u00e1 rechazado.
De acuerdo con la normativa vigente, el certificado de estudios es requisito para acceder al primer grado de secundaria en instituciones educativas p\u00fablicas y privadas, al ciclo t\u00e9cnico de un centro de educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-productiva, a institutos de educaci\u00f3n superior, a estudios en el extranjero, a las Fuerzas Armadas, y para traslados entre colegios privados.<\/p>\n

La constancia de logros de aprendizaje puede ser usada para acceder a una beca del Pronabec, a estudios universitarios y a las Fuerzas Policiales, o en procesos de selecci\u00f3n laboral para que los postulantes puedan acreditar los grados cursados en la educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica regular. Este documento puede ser descargado e impreso mediante la plataforma web : https:\/\/constancia.minedu.gob.pe\/<\/a>
Pueden tramitar la constancia de logros de aprendizaje desde la web los ciudadanos peruanos que hayan cursado alg\u00fan grado de la educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica regular a partir del a\u00f1o 2013 en instituciones educativas p\u00fablicas y privadas.
Los estudiantes que hayan egresado de la educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica regular antes del 2013 y quieran acreditar su trayectoria educativa deber\u00e1n solicitar necesariamente el certificado de estudios en la instituci\u00f3n educativa donde cursaron el \u00faltimo grado o en la UGEL (si la I.E. se encuentra cerrada de forma definitiva o ya no exista). En caso el estudiante haya culminado su etapa escolar antes de 1985, debe acercarse a la Oficina de Atenci\u00f3n al Ciudadano y Gesti\u00f3n Documental del Minedu para tramitarlo.<\/p>\n
