Es la encargada de supervisar las acciones relacionadas con el personal, ejecutar las actividades relacionadas con las evaluaciones de ingreso, desempe\u00f1o, ascenso y acceso a la Carrera P\u00fablica Magisterial, en el marco de sus competencias y la normativa aplicable. Administra las planillas de pagos, remuneraciones y pensiones del personal activo, cesante y de las II.EE. a su cargo y gestiona el desarrollo de capacidades del personal de la UGEL N.\u00b0 04. <\/span><\/p>\n
